Revise Available Quantity on Walmart

How to Revise Quantity:

Walmart provides a quick way to update the available quantity for all your listings. Please follow the steps below to edit only the quantity of your existing listings in Walmart.

1. Download our Revise Quantity file included in your subscription.

    You will use this file to populate Walmart’s template.

2. It is important to note that currently, Walmart requires all uploads to be done via their specified file template.

    The link to download Walmart’s template for Editing Quantity in Bulk is available via your Seller account.

3. Please Copy the content from the file downloaded in Step 1. Paste it into the file downloaded in Step 2.

    Save the newly created file to your computer.

    You will upload this file to Walmart.

4. Click the below link which will take you to your Items Page in your Walmart Seller Center to upload the file you just created.

    Click here to go to Walmart.

5. Click on Update Items in Bulk.

6. The page should look something like this.

7. Click the link to find and upload the file you just saved to your computer in Step 3.

8. Select Bulk Inventory Update and your Preferred Shipping Node

    Click Submit

9. You’re done!

    Once submitted, you can monitor the upload status in the Activity Feed.

    Once complete, you will be able to download a file that contains the status of the uploaded listings.

Important: You will need to repeat the above steps each time you want to update the listing quantity. We recommend at least once a day if you have a lot of products, but you may update more often if needed. Each time you update, it will sync your Walmart inventory with our inventory. Never use the same inventory file more than once.

Disclaimer: That's it! The file you uploaded to Walmart will update the available quantity for existing listings only. This file will also set listings as Out of Stock based on current inventory levels.

Quick Tip: We recommend immediately uploading quantity after adding products to your Walmart Catalog, in addition to following these steps on a daily basis. This will ensure your inventory is always synced to the inventory available on Direct Dropship.
