Revise Sale Prices on Walmart Products

How to Revise Selling Price:

Walmart provides a quick way to update the sales price for all your listings. Please follow the steps below to edit only the price of your existing listings in Walmart.

1. Download our Revise Price file included in your subscription.

    You will use this file to populate Walmart’s template.

2. It is important to note that currently, Walmart requires all uploads to be done via their specified file template.

    The link to download Walmart’s template for Editing Prices in Bulk is available in your Seller Account.

3. Please Copy the content from the file downloaded in Step 1. Paste it into the file downloaded in Step 2. Be sure to only paste the content in the SKU and Price Column (Columns 3 and 4 respectively) to ensure the file will upload properly. 

    Save the newly created file to your computer.

    You will upload this file to Walmart.

4. Click the below link which will take you to your Items Page in your Walmart Seller Center to upload the file you just created.

    Click here to go to Walmart.

5. Click on Update Items in Bulk.

6. The page should look something like this.

7. Click the link to find and upload the file you just saved to your computer in Step 3.

8. Select Bulk Pricing and Promotions Update and select Price Updates.

    Your screen should look something like this

    Click Submit

9. You’re done!

    Once submitted, you can monitor the upload status in the Activity Feed.

    Once complete, you will be able to download a file that contains the status of the uploaded listings.

Important: You will need to repeat the above steps each time you want to update your selling price. We recommend at least once every couple of weeks, but you may update more or less often based on business needs. Each time you update, it will sync your Walmart Sales Price with our suggested Sales Price based on a 10% Profit Margin. Never use the same file more than once.

Disclaimer: That's it! The file you uploaded to Walmart will update the Selling Price for your existing listings only.

Quick Tip: If you frequently upload our Add Products file above to your Walmart Account, you may completely skip Revising Prices as price updates are already included in the Add Products upload. Alternatively, if you do not follow the Add Products upload, we recommend uploading this file to update your sales prices. This file is much smaller and easier to work with. It will also process much quicker on Walmart as the file is simply doing one task.
