How the Walmart Integration Works

We have created our Walmart Integration to help you quickly and easily manage Direct Dropship inventory on your Walmart Selling account. This will allow you to add, update, and/or remove products in seconds.

This Premium Inventory File takes the guesswork out of selling and allows you to do what’s most important – growing your business! We have applied all the standard settings (quantity, price, free shipping, etc.) to this integration making it easy to manage your entire Walmart business. If you wish to change any of the default settings in this file, we offer our Custom Walmart Integration where you have full control over any number of settings.

All you need to do is click the link of the inventory file you wish to work with, and a spreadsheet will automatically begin downloading.

This integration works with the Update Items in the Bulk section in Walmart Seller Center. This is a robust feature that is designed for sellers to quickly manage their orders and listings in bulk.

Please note: Direct Dropship is not linked directly to your Walmart account. Therefore, we cannot see any information about your account including any listings you may have.

All listings created from Direct Dropship will need to be synced to ensure they are still in stock and priced accurately. To do this, we have included all necessary files to help you keep your Direct Dropship listings up to date.

Important: Our inventory files are all-inclusive. That means that the file will include all SKUs we carry that are eligible to be listed on Walmart.

Furthermore, we understand that every seller has different preferred categories/niches. You may need to modify this file to exclude any items you do not wish to list on your account. Otherwise, you may find yourself listing and selling products in additional categories that you may not be interested in.
