How to Add New Listings in Bulk:
New listings can be added to your eBay account in any number of ways. This includes manually adding products, bulk listing products, and using inventory management software. We will be focusing on how to add products to your eBay account in bulk via their file upload process.
- Download our Add Products Inventory File included with your subscription.
- Modify the file to include only the SKUs you want to list. (Optional)
- Format your UPC values in number format
- Save your spreadsheet as a CSV (comma-delimited) file
- Navigate to your Reports tab under your Seller Hub on eBay
- Click on Start Upload
- A popup will open. Click Choose File
- Find the file you just saved and click Open.
- In the bottom left of your screen, you will see the progress of that upload.
You have just added listings to your eBay account! Once complete, you will be able to download a file that contains a status update of the newly created listings.
Alternative Ways to List:
If you do not wish to create listings via Bulk Upload, there are a couple of other ways to create listings-manually adding products and using external inventory management software.
Manually Create Listings
This is helpful if you only want to list some products on your account and want to make your listings unique to help them stand out. To do this, you can navigate to the Create a Listing page on eBay. Once you find a product you would like to sell, you can copy and paste it from our website or from our Add Products file included with your subscription.
Using an External Inventory Management Software
An Inventory Management Software is a separate software designed to manage and sync inventory between multiple marketplaces. A lot of these also give you the ability to create listings right from within the software. We work with just about any of them. Contact Us if you have any questions or want more information.
