How the eBay Integration Works

We have created our eBay Integration to help you quickly and easily manage Direct Dropship inventory on your eBay account. This will allow you to add, update, and/or remove products.

This Premium Inventory File takes the guesswork out of selling and allows you to do what’s most important – growing your business! We have applied all the standard settings (quantity, price, free shipping, etc.) to this integration making it easy to manage your entire eBay storefront. If you wish to change any of the default settings in this file, we offer our Custom eBay Integration where you have full control over any number of settings.

All you need to do is click the link of the inventory file you wish to work with and a CSV spreadsheet file will automatically begin downloading.

This integration works with the eBay Selling Reports section in your Seller Hub. This is a newly created feature and is designed for sellers to quickly manage their orders and listings in bulk. Please see below for how to navigate to it.

Please note: Direct Dropship is not linked to your eBay account. Therefore, we cannot see any information about your account including any listings you may have.

All listings created from Direct Dropship must be monitored to ensure they are still in stock and priced accurately. To do this, we have included two files to help you monitor your Direct Dropship listings.

Important: Our inventory files are all-inclusive. That means that the file will include all SKUs we carry that are eligible to be listed on eBay.

Furthermore, we understand that every seller has different selling limits. You will need to modify this file to exclude any items you do not wish to list on your account. Otherwise, any items submitted that put you over your selling limits will immediately fail.
