How to Download Active Listings in Ebay

Getting Comfortable with eBay Selling Reports:

This is where you will upload both the Add Products file and the Revision file.

1. Navigate to your Reports tab under your Seller Hub in eBay

2. Along the left menu, click on Upload

3. You should see something similar to this.

How to Download Active Listings:

1. Navigate to your Reports tab under your Seller Hub on eBay

2. Along the left menu, click on Download

3. Near the top of the page, click the blue Download Report button

4. There will be a popup asking about the type of report you wish to download

5. For Source, select Listings

6. For Type, select All active listings

7. Click Download

8. Your Active Listings Report will begin downloading as soon as it is complete.
