Non-Direct Dropship Products

This eBay Integration will only affect listings you submit via Direct Dropship and will have no effect on other listings you may have from other sources.

Business Policies:

eBay provides all sellers the ability to create and maintain various business policies specific to their business. To streamline the listing process, this integration uses the default value eBay assigns.

Shipping Policy = shipping

Payment Policy = payment

Return Policy = return

Important: We recommend creating business policies with the above naming conventions (i.e. shipping) to prevent any disruptions in your listings. Alternatively, you may change the business policy names in the upload prior to creating listings.

Upgrade: By upgrading to the Custom eBay Integration, we offer all sellers the ability to provide us with their business policy template names. We will customize the file specific to your storefront so you do not need to worry about your business policies.

Selling Limits:

eBay places selling limits on all selling accounts. Limits vary from account to account and can increase over time. You can only increase your selling limits once every 30 days. They will review your account, your listings, and your performance, as well as ask you about your business. Once they complete their review with you, they will increase your limits.

Multi-Quantity Listings:

eBay provides sellers the ability to keep their Good ‘Til Canceled (GTC) listings active even after the quantity goes to zero. We recommend this setting be turned on in your eBay account. This will allow your listings to automatically come back in stock instead of having to create a new listing.

VERO and Product Violations:

We do our best to keep our Restricted Items list updated so that you do not have to worry about listing products on eBay that are not allowed. However, considering the number of new arrivals we receive, and the number of new products/brands being added to eBay’s restricted list, sometimes an item may get through that is not allowed.

If you receive a violation notice from eBay, please forward it to us immediately so that we can look into it and either resolve the issue or we will block the item so that it cannot be sent to eBay again.
