How to Add/Revise Listings in Bulk:

New listings can be added to your Amazon account in any number of ways. This includes manually adding products, bulk listing products, and using inventory management software. We will be focusing on how to add products to your Amazon account in bulk via their file upload process.

1. Download our Inventory File included with your subscription.

You will upload this file to Amazon in Step 3.

2. Navigate to your Inventory Page in your Amazon Seller Central to upload the file you just created.

This will remove out-of-stock products, add any new products, and update existing products.

3. Browse to find and upload the file you just saved to your computer in Step 1.

4. Make sure the File Type is set to Inventory Loader File.

You do not need to set any of the BMVD Shipping Settings

5. Scroll down to Upload File

6. Your screen should look similar to this.

Adding an email address for Email Alert is optional and up to you

7. Click the Upload button

You’re done!

Once complete, you will be able to download a file that contains the status of the uploaded listings.

Important: Never use the same inventory file more than once. You will need to repeat the above steps each time you want to update your inventory. We recommend at least once a day if you have a lot of products, but you may update more often if needed. Each time you update, it will sync your Amazon inventory with our inventory.

Disclaimer: That's it! The file you upload to Amazon will add any new products, update existing products, and remove out-of-stock products.

Alternative Ways to List:

If you do not wish to create listings via Bulk Upload, there are a couple of alternate ways to create listings - manually adding products and using external inventory management software

Manually Create Listings

This is helpful if you have an Individual Selling Account or only want to list some products in your account. To do this, navigate to the Add a Product page in Seller Central. To list a product, simply copy and paste the ASIN from our inventory file included with your subscription. Follow the on-screen prompts on Amazon.

Using an External Inventory Management Software

An Inventory Management Software is a separate software designed to manage and sync inventory between multiple marketplaces. A lot of these also give you the ability to create listings right from within the software. There is a lot of inventory software out there, and they all behave similarly. We can integrate with just about all of them. Contact Us if you have any questions or want more information.

Note: An Amazon Professional Selling Account is required to sync the software to your selling account.
