How do I cancel an order?

In general, order can only be cancelled while your order is still in a "processing" status. Generally it is too late to cancel once the status reads, "Awaiting Fulfillment." Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.


In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are sent for fulfillment.
